Back when I was in high school the "Future Farmers of America" club was really a front for a worship group.

On day 8 of a Covid infection. Still testing positive. My wife tested negative today. Feel OK, just tired. I'm not leaving the house until I test negative though. Our whole house is packed up and in storage for our upcoming move to Varina, so the wife and I have one TV sitting in the floor. Going a bit stir crazy.

Agreed. I had to go to one late in the evening after a bicycle crash. They were obviously understaffed and overworked. They didn't clean the wound properly before gluing it shut and aI got a staph infection. Not fun.

No worries! I didn’t articulate my thoughts very well. Happy New Year!

I didn’t know it was free. I think that is awesome! Thanks for educating me.

I was agreeing with you. Paid or not, I don’t think the driver dictates whether you can ride or not.
Davidm241 t1_j2bsshc wrote
I have never ridden a bus, but I was under the impression that if you paid, you ride. It’s your responsibility to make sure you are on the right bus.

The wife and I love Edo Squid’s food, but the last time we went the tables were too close together. Like uncomfortably close. My elbow kept bumping the guy at the next table.

I do it in the summer also. Our water heater is in the attic and sprang a leak one year while we were at the beach. What a mess.

Toothache are some of the worst kind of pain. Just constant. I’m m awaiting gum surgery in March. No pain, but I have to brush and floss after I eat anything or my breath is rancid. I hope you feel better soon!

That sucks. Although, with the amount of burst pipes, all things considered, Tuesday morning isn’t that bad. Our house is on a slab. I really fear burst pipes.

I’m right there with you. My Dad had a massive stroke Christmas Day last year. He lived, but isn’t the same. Christmas used to be my favorite holiday. This year I’m not feeling it at all.

You took that a different direction than I was expecting. I will admit to being highly suspicious of people with bolt cutters who are not in a construction/handyman van.
I am also now recommending a good lock.

Same here. Made the same decision. It’s s tough one for sure. Sometimes my wife still has regrets and feels like we failed the dog. But, we spent thousands on training and it didn’t help. The poor dog just had anxiety problems she was unable to overcome.

I don’t have much advice on brand. I think all of the name brands are great. Specialized, Cannondale etc. Definitely avoid the big box stores that sell heavy cheaply made bicycles. You can get name brand used bikes all over Richmond if needed.
I will say, go somewhere that will let you test ride the bicycle. Make sure it’s comfortable for you and has the features you want. I have 5 bicycles and each one has a different feel to it. Some I like better than others.

Valid opinion. Agreed their stouts are the best, although unlike most high alcohol stouts they age poorly. So if you buy the gingerbreads you can’t expect them to taste well a month later. I will say, I quite enjoy their basic Richmond Lager.

Is it gross? I haven’t tried it. I usually stick to their stouts.

Reply to comment by RVA_GitR in Who has the hottest wings in the area? by Huckles123
My wife and I ordered the wings. Had to sign a waiver. We honestly think the wings had moved out of the “challenge” space into the “physical damage” space. People 3 tables over had watery eyes. Maybe people could complete the challenge, but we didn’t even attempt. To be classified as a challenge there has to be some possibility of success. We just didn’t see it.
