Brit box is how we get these shows. So it’s just a chain of rights. BBC gets money from them for licensing.
Having said that, it really has zero impact on content creators that I choose to download it rather than waiting however many months for it to arrive here on other streaming services. Fuck those corporations and their pointlessly entangled rights.
I can also find shows that just aren’t available to stream anywhere.

I have Britbox, so they get my money. Information is a non rival resource, so I am not depriving anyone access to it.

I’m fine with the labor getting paid. It’s largely just to space out filming.

Let’s be real. Schumer gets hate here. OP didn’t flat out say it was misogyny but I think we know.

Solid show, which isn’t surprising if you were into inside Amy Schumer.

Works fine on Plex. Just set up season passes with Sonarr and have the files downloaded to your computer.

Yes, you are right. I just was citing how it was used more often a decade ago. Maybe viewers became more savvy

Kosher pickles are fermented. No vinegar.

There is a kosher market in Rockville which has Brooklyn brand. They are OK. Park side is better IMO.

Emile Hirsch is in some of my favorite movies. It’s weird how his career has really sagged recently with a bunch of poor scripts. He kinda reminds me of River Pheonix in his prime.

It was closer to the Frank Baum stories.

You are kissing out if you liked the pre final season of GOT. It covers a lot but not force rushed like the show runners have a plane to catch. And the characters don’t yet become Flanderized like Jon Snow towards the end.

I read the book after the show started and it was a good complement to the show. The story is told based on accounts as read by a Maester, so lots of conflicting events and accounts. Which makes the show fun to see what “really happened”. It helps a lot with knowing the characters, especially with how quick the first episodes felt.
Plus it’s worth it just to get up to where Jaherys has the great council to support Vesarhys. I did the audiobook so I can’t spell shit.

The series is based on a 2017 novel about how the world radically changes when millions of teenage girls suddenly develop electrical superpowers.
