A book from a library isn't going to harm children. Maybe this group should be looking at the fact that everything from social media to advertising has so much sexual content. Yet kids, apparently, aren't supposed to notice. Also most kids are exposed to porn at age 10. Yet they're trying to remove a book that actual gives kids factual information about their bodies.

Same here. I moved here from California and miss In-N-Out so much.

Meredith missed the storm, too. My crocuses are up in my garden so I’m slightly optimistic it’s Spring.

I was in Bristol this morning and they got about 2 inches. You won't have to move much at all.

That’s the amount we got in Meredith. I was disappointed but won’t miss the shoveling and clean up.

We have less than a dusting in Meredith. We've had mostly flurries off and on.

I was hoping for another update today and here it is. Thanks, CloudBoy. Hope everyone can stay indoors and safe for this storm.

Thanks as always for taking the time out of your day/night to update us on the storm. It's so helpful in planning around the storm, especially the safety factors involved for travel and road conditions. It's much appreciated.

I hope you have good luck checking out the listing. If you found one you liked, you could purchase it there and service it closer to your home. Other than normal maintenance, Toyota's seem to need so few repairs.

I'm not sure where in NH you are, but I've had good luck with Toyota's from Irwin Motors in Laconia. They have used vehicles that are certified pre-owned and come with a good guarantee. Their service department is really good, too.

The area of Meredith I'm in had 9-10 inches. It had enough moisture to make it a bit heavy but my dog had the best time chasing snowballs. Usually it's too light and fluffy for snowball making.

Do you have a driver's license from your country. If so you can apply for an international driver's license.

The down-side of out-of-staters moving into NH is there's now a housing shortage and the cost of housing, especially, in southern NH is becoming unaffordable to many people born, raised and wanting to stay in NH.

Hope you're move goes well. I have three dogs. They've all been vaccinated against Lyme. It's a series of two shots. I only use flea/tick topical meds in spring and summer. My vet recommends heartworm medication year round. I have yard and live in a wooded area and I've yet to have a tick latch onto me. I also do quite a bit of hiking in the Whites and never had a tick bite. If you do get a bite and see redness around the bite, physician's will prescribe antibiotics. That's been my experience but others may have different experiences with these nasty insects.

Eric Weglarz was such a great meteorologist and personality on WMUR. I’m in the Lakes Region and feel concerned for the players and spectators for the pond hockey tournament being held at Waukewan in my town this weekend.

You'd think people would understand that and stay away from the stuff. Especially with all the even more harmful drugs it's being mixed with.
