I mean sure is their basic burger a standout compared to other basic burgers? Probably not. But hardly any places have the variety they have and very few have unique flavor combos that they do. Most places just offer one, maybe two, types of burger. And the crazy one may just have guacamole on it.

I will say they use a lot of high quality ingredients (I don’t like it myself, but their ketchup is made in house).

So you’re paying for that. They also have a lot of unique combos/flavors they use.

Not an everyday burger type place but it’s good.

Yeah I went to Eastside Market once when I moved.

The food expiration dates were sketchily close (even on dry food) and it was like $6 for a small box of Frosted Flakes…precovid. Most expensive supermarket I’ve been to.

If it actually had stop n shop prices, it would be 10x better. And it would mean the shelves may actually have movement…

Well it’s the anti-2023 mindset of convenience. It’s like insisting on not having tap and pay because we were functioning fine with paying cash.

Most wine/beer are large/national brands with significant backing and distributed whether you go to a liquor store or a grocery store. I’ve seen Whole Foods and even major chain grocery stores have local beers because that’s what is popular.

It’s not like all of the PVD liquor stores are selling wines that were shipped directly to to them by the middle class family who owns a little grape farm in Tuscany.

They were obtuse and insisted on the bike path going directly through the Hope Village area. They should have just had the bike path go up Hope then once to Hope Village divert over one block into Lorimer which goes straight to Blackstone parallel to Hope Village.

This keeps the street parking in Hope Village (which is needed, particularly October-March when biking dramatically decreases) and still provides a bike lane along a long stretch.

My guess is the study would show rather low usage.

Block Island doesn’t have a ton of restaurants to begin with so I’d figure out which ones are open before you go. Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard would have more options (ie restaurants, lodging and things like the whaling museum)….it just depends on what you’re looking for/to do

The lofts tend to have noise issues (very neighbor dependent) which isn’t unlike other apartments per se. Sometimes these can be very grad/med student heavy so definitely visit.

When I looked at them they were just massive complexes. American wire is the new name for the ones across 95 downtown right? Literally took 5 minutes to walk from entrance to the apt I looked at.

They are nice looking! There are probably some smaller buildings that have availability downtown (I’ve seen apts listed above the old Knead downtown location for example).
