Look for a pain management physician. I saw one in North Attleboro and he was fantastic. I've also tried the craniofacial clinics around Boston, but none were that great tbh. The folks at Tufts just told me I was stressed and needed therapy to stop clenching my jaw- even though there is a clear deformity in my bone shape on x-rays...

Someone mentioned Botox below, and it definitely works wonders- but my insurance doesn't cover it (and I have really, really good coverage). You can also try a stem cell treatment as well, which also helped me for several months until it wore off (some patients get relief for 2+years from it though).

This is true. I have pretty bad TMJ and this was AMAZING. Almost 6 months nearly pain free. I could have conversations, I could chew food, it was brilliant. Unfortunately, my insurance won't cover it so I can't get the only treatment that actually helps aside from an eventual surgery that I will need.

Hey, I'm sorry you at going through this. It must be hard for you and your family, and you must be looking for answers. I just want to say that more research is needed, and there's no existing study with enough data to prove cause. The National Library of Medicine has said as much in a review of all exisitng studies.

"Even though CBD shows therapeutic effects and THC opposing effects, the data is minimal and low safety and efficacy warrants more research. The relation between cannabis and schizophrenia needs further investigation. We need more case-control studies and clinical trials with a larger population to get conclusive data."

I have a friend who actually sold his place and left Warwick bc of the airplane noise and increase in air traffic. He lived near divine Italian restaurant. Weā€™d be sitting in his yard and you had to pause your conversation when a plane flew over. Heā€™s lived there for over 5 years before it got out of hand.

Try checking out some posts on r/PetiteFashionAdvice. I'm sure if you browse some posts there you'll get something helpful.

If you don't like suits, I'd suggest dresses- which can easily be hemmed by a tailer depending on your height. Nordstrom rack has a bunch on sale right now. A simple sheath dress with an evening jacket would probably fit what you need.

No one thinks it will happen to them...until you think about how many people you personally know that have been in an accident, had cancer, required any kind of surgery or ER visit. Your degree of separation from any of these things is ZERO and it absolutely could be you next.

Thereā€™s an active business owners group that meets pretty regularly- usually at the Orpheum. I know a few members, good people. You could definitely touch base with those folks. Someone just bought out the old Todman building next to oā€™reilly so idk what the plans are there.

The center of Foxboro is def missing a good coffee option. Crosbys in wrentham is pretty much the only one. Otherwise itā€™s just low quality, chain choices.

Edit- thereā€™s been some newer places opened recently ( a cute bakery, shoveltown a new restaurant) and they are bumping. Town is a former blue collar area turning upscale, but most businesses are long standing and cater to the older residents. I love those places too but the town is just wanting for variety thatā€™s not in patriots place.the specific area Iā€™m talking about is the Common, in Uptown.

Used a reputable, local company that employs their own installers. Workmanship guarantees for 10 years (a bullshit company wonā€™t offer any of that) No money down, got a loan and amortized it when the federal tax credit came in (currently 30%). Company also handled all the paperwork- I didnā€™t have to talk to the power company once. My roof was only a year old- panels generally have 20-25 year warranty so youā€™ll want your roof to outlive that.

Hey, I'm sorry things are hard right now. I hope you will check out the following resources:

Food bank directory Food banks often now have diapers, feminine products, etc. It exists exactly for people going through what you are going through.

You should also be applying for SNAP and WIC. Do this as soon as possible- these programs also allow you to buy diapers, etc.

Also, check out the Community Care website. Lots of resources listed out there.

I see someone already listed toys for tots below, but also go check in at your local YMCA.
