The self checkout at the wal mart. Pay with cash. Buy whatever you want and it will feed you change. Or maybe the stop & shop is easier, with the self checkout machine because groceries aren’t taxed, so you just add it up and make sure it’s not some useless amount like $19.98 where you’ll get 2 cents back.

Based on reading the article, my understanding is they made $80,000 combined between the 2 of them.
With no judgement implied, I would say that objectively 2 people with that income and 0 children could do very ok if they're healthy. However, that income and 4 kids is nowhere near enough. I'm sorry, and again no judgement implied. Just objectively. This is not a judgement on what anyone should or should not have done.
And I think it's hard here in RI to make more than that without an advanced degree or technical knowledge. The struggle is real.

Breakfast and breakfast diners are probably your safest bet. Just make sure they don't have clam chowder on the menu. It is Rhode Island, after all. Italian will definitely have fish and clams. Mexican will have fish tacos. American will have clam chowder as a side. Indian, maybe.

They are going to build apartments adjacent to the parking garage.

I’ve done the commute to Providence a few times. It is kind of nice to go right past all the traffic. But I wouldn’t make it a habit, since it costs me more time and money than driving. And I have to drive to WJ anyways.
