Reply to Asbury Park Hotel Recommendation by Steinbe3
There are basically 5 hotels in Asbury Park proper.
The Empress Hotel and Asbury Ocean club are practically next to the Stone Pony so they are probably not a good bet for you, on top of the Ocean Club being very pricey.
For reference, I can sometimes faintly hear the Stone Pony Summer Stage from my home 12 blocks away.
All of the hotels are closer than that, but you'll probably be better off at the Berkeley or The Asbury Hotel, or even the St. Laurent (a smaller boutique hotel). If you're staying at the Asbury or the Berkeley, you might be able to request a room that faces North which would also help a lot.
Edited to add: There are several small hotels or Bed and Breakfasts in Ocean Grove which would still be walkable to pretty much any destination in Asbury Park, but I'm not sure how they are with kids.

Almost certainly not. Pretty sure the Lutze was named after the grandfather of the CEO of Mack-Cali, who was forced out by a new board and is no longer the CEO.

I didn't know you could check the status! Thanks for sharing the link.
I mailed mine in January and was hoping it would get there, so I'm glad to see that it is officially "Received" although it hasn't yet progressed past that point.

Technically, Urby was finished before 56 Leonard, but 56 Leonard definitely started construction earlier.
In my opinion though, you can't really say one copied the other, as their designs are very different.

I can't offer any firsthand experience on how good they are, but I know that First Atlantic Federal Credit Union has a few branches in Monmouth County.

Reply to Learning the counties and cities of NJ by adgo1
I can tell by your choice of cities that you're not super familiar with NJ.
For example, I was surprised to see "Franklin" as one of the cities. While Franklin Township technically has a higher population, it's far less well-known than neighboring New Brunswick which you excluded. New Brunswick is much more of an actual city than Franklin. It is home to Rutgers University, Johnson&Johnson's headquarters, several hospitals, a large performing art center, an Amtrak station, etc, etc.
Using the population alone in determining which are "Major Cities" in NJ is likely to leave you with a map of some large suburbs that aren't really the cultural hubs of the regions. (See also, Cherry Hill vs Camden).
There are also some culturally or economically significant cities that could be added, if you so chose. (i.e. Hackensack, Fort Lee, Morristown, Bayonne, Hoboken, Asbury Park, etc)
Cool game though!

I would recommend that you check out Kimchi Mama on Main St in Asbury Park. Opened up this past summer and has a lot of really delicious Korean food.

These are my go-to's for a good Clam Pie. Lee's Tavern is right next to the Dongan Hills SIR stop if you don't have a car and feel like taking a long public transit adventure.

I had this pizza back in the very beginning of October. I'm not a huge fan of Pumpkin Spice Lattes, although I do love Pumpkin Pie. Talulas always has seasonal pies on their menu (a particularly good one involved corn and blueberries) and I do love squash and caramelized onions.
My verdict: It was indeed delicious and tested like autumn squash and cheese with sweet glazed bacon pieces.

The Berkeley is the fifth one you're missing. :) I forget about it too sometimes.
I should have mentioned the rooftop bar at The Asbury Hotel. That could be noisy, but prob not as noisy as the Summer Stage.
