Just be careful there. It’s hit or miss. I had a moon roof put in there and it loosened up and I had to go through all kinds of flak to get it repaired. Repair lasted 2 months.

The airport would’ve been a great spot for a casino. Tons of space, plenty of parking, far from residential areas so it’s not a nuisance and they easily could’ve added a horse/dog or NASCAR style race track
