I think the biggest one is probably the hat. I know you said that there's a shape of the headset causing some issues but I think you need to figure a way around that you lose a lot of heat through your head

That isn't how this works. Either you set up the automatic payment using a debit card, a credit card or via ach. Not all billers allow all options.
Also fraud on a debit card doesn't mean redoing all of your payments. In fact visa and mastercard have programs where they share the replacement card number with your recurring billers.
Fraud on a checking account is WAY harder to deal with than a debit card. Only use your bank account for ach when absolutely necessary, and with very reputable companies.

You need to stop all of your automatic payments immediately and only make those payments when the money is there. If the problem is that you have more bills than you have money then what you need to do is get second jobs

It is extremely expensive but you asked for the legal way to get these which is to go out there and buy them all.
You can most certainly look for compilation albums that came out of Poland around that time because if they were popular radio songs chances are they'll be on those compilation albums and you can often get an album a lot cheaper than the individual songs.
For songs that you can't get anymore I'm not really sure what you mean either the artists have made them available digitally or they have not in which case then you will need to go find someone who has an old hard copy on CD or cassette and you will need to rip that to a digital file.

Find those songs on a streaming service and add them to a playlist.
Find those songs on digital download sites and buy them.

Every shelter Ive worked with will suggest this to you as part of the adoption process also. That is because they know they aren't even looking for everything that could be wrong.
LPT: even pets available for free adoption from a shelter have a large financial commitment associated with them. Before adopting, make sure you have a budget monthly for everything your new family member will need.
