4th amendment? Are you serious? If law enforcement have probable cause they can request a blood or chemical test for DUI.

My man. Stop misinforming people with this bullshit. Its PA State law.

DUI Refusals are considered highest tier offenses, punishable as follows:

> 1st Offense: Punishable by a mandatory minimum 72-hour jail sentence, maximum sentence of 6 months of incarceration, and a mandatory minimum $1,000 fine;

> 2nd Offense: Punishable by a mandatory minimum 90-day jail sentence, maximum sentence of 5 years of incarceration, and a mandatory minimum $1,500 fine;

> 3rd and Subsequent Offenses: Punishable by a mandatory minimum 1-year jail sentence, maximum sentence of 7 years of incarceration, and a mandatory minimum $2,500 fine;

Some people just hate the PPA. its kinda amusing. But the "old school" neighborhood knuckleheads got figured out. They'll spend $130 a week on scratch offs, but cant muster the $35 a year for the zoned RPP permits for their 6 cars, cos the "MAN" Then complain there isn't any available parking cos the out towners are taking up the free parking, people parking on corners and sidewalks etcetera. Then expect the PPD to handle it. Lol.

Take into consideration very panicked and traumatized individuals not thinking or behaving rationally. They could easily capsize a row boat in their panic state.

Almost like trying to save a panicked drowning person who almost drowns, and sometimes succeeds, the person trying to save them.

Yes. If the citizens want enforcement they can petition the PPA to have an RPP installed.

People love to hate on the PPA, but then complain about shit like this.

> read igotbabydick comment. Thats the attitude in a nut shell.

> oh and CB_700_SC comment as well. Hates the PPA, but hates people who park like this? CB_700 is probably a person who parks like this often and has been ticketed for it in the past. Lol.

Its unlawful for them to refuse the renewal paper.

All they have to do is enter the DL manually and it will show the DL as valid. An expired card simply wont scan. You do have to have and present the expired DL and the renewal paper. Just having one or the other isn't acceptable.

They know this. If they refuse they are playing prick games. Also the printed temp renewal paper has a QR or scan bar on it that should work as well.

If they do not serve you report the store and move on to another store.

The two animals do look similar and I can easily see how they could be mistaken, especially from a distance. These hunters were lawfully at hunt. These folks showed up, with dogs off leash. This is a 6 in half, one dozen in the other scenario. Stay out of areas where folks are actively hunting. Conversely, confirm your shot before you pull the trigger. In this case, in that area, coyotes are present. The hunter believed he had a coyote.

I completely fault the hunter if the dog was indeed wearing a blaze collar, but the owners claim it was wearing a "colored" collar. That could be any color, which isn't blaze.

When you are outdoors during hunting season, especially in public lands where active hunting takes place. Wear blaze orange, and if you have a dog put a blaze collar or vest on it as well.

As the article states, coyotes can be taken at any time during the year.

This dog at a distance can easily be mistaken for a coyote.

If this dog really was wearing its blaze harness then the hunter made a terrible judgement call.

I find it troublesome that the dog owners continued their activity on the property after encountering the hunters. Personally Id have packed up shop with the dogs right then and there. Interfering with someones hunt (with dogs at that) is not only dangerous, as they found out, but can be a PGC violation in itself.

Its a shame they lost their pet. But ya gotta have some common sense too during hunting season.

If your car is parked on any street in PA and doesn't have a valid inspection it is liable for ticketing/citation. If it's parked on a residential street in the suburbs its less likely to be ticketed unless a nosey neighbor calls the car in. This has happened to me. I'd pack my bike in my car. Then I'd leave my car out in the burbs and train back into town to beat traffic and the horrible parking situation, using my bike to get around from car to train station, and station to home. It worked well for a while. But neighborhood people took notice of what i was doing and started fucking with my car after a while, leaving notes and leaving trash on my car etcetera. Folks do pay attention out in the burbs. Anyway.

Switching counties isn't going to save you from a potential inspection violation ticket. Also your car is registered to your legal address, so if thats philly then its philly.
