This guy posted in r/legaladvice not really looking for advice, but looking for the answer he wants "How do I get out of this jury duty service?". Obviously he didn't get the answers he wanted and got properly roasted for it. This guys needs to grow up quick.

Their membership program is amazing if you're just starting out in life and in your 1st place. I signed up for their membership and got unlimited 20% off your entire order coupons and a single 30% off entire order coupon when you sign up.

Sometimes the membership is worth it alone just to buy 1 expensive item. I recently bought an 8-piece All Clad D3 cookware set that retails for $645 (which is already at a steep discount compared to competitors) for $450. The stock pot alone is $350 at stores other than BBB. Plus BBB offered a free All Clad D3 oven roaster if you bought the set! So the $29 membership essentially netted me hundreds of dollars in discounts.

Let's just hope they don't turn Penn Station into another architecturally lazy, bland, and souless white facade that feels more like a padded cell in a mental asylum quickly stained by people put inside it rather than an actual train station.

Late 19th and Early 20th century architecture in this city is so beautiful and incredible. Now all we get anytime they upgrade something is 10 billion dollars worth of misaligned glossy white panels, glossy (matte if we're lucky) white floors, and white LED lights that bounce off all the gloss and blind you. All of this juxtaposed next to the filthy rat infested, trash littered train tracks.

The white floors really get me. Who's the dumbass that keeps approving pure white for a floor color. Public spaces are barely cleaned so it immediately just turns grimy, permanently.

All of those heat pumps have humidity issues. The DX coils in them are simply too thin to dehumidify the air properly. They're not meant to dehumidify fresh air. Also nearly all indoor heat pumps are manufactured by the same company in China: Gree Electric.

At 30-32 years old its time to retire the furnace... $4k is nearly the price of a new unit although you'd have to replace the DX coil and condensing unit too. Advances in energy efficiency like inverter compressors, electronically commutated motors (ECM motors), and condensing furnaces will greatly reduce your energy bills allowing you to recoup some money from the initial install.

Ducts: might be able to get away with cleaning and checking for leaks. However if they are as old as the furnace they likely have a decent amount of leaks and the insulation is not as good. Leaks and bad insulation increase your utility bills.

If your AC is also that old or 10+ years old it could be using R-22 refrigerant which was phased out long ago. Very very expensive to maintain R-22 systems. R-410A is what is being used now, but that is also being phased out within a year.
