discount? no, you are paying more. and we are making it illegal to sell the cheaper diamonds that require no exploitation to produce because 'authenticity'.

Cant do cost per carat. It would show that synthesizing is better and this research was funded by the mine owners.

The tech is fine, its political limitations that are the issue. In most places you are legally not allowed to sell synthetic diamonds as diamonds despite them being chemically identical and clearer than anything in a mine.

How can asians be the first people in europe if oldest homonids are found in europe to begin with? shouldnt that make it the other way around, europeans were the first people in asia?

i think you are mixing something up. broken windows theory is that if you destroy something, rebuilding it will improve the economy in the area and create jobs, so destruction/crime is good.

Then you end up like California. Homeless housing stands half-empty while tent towns spring up the other side of the street. Why? because according to the people in tent towns "they tried to take my freedom to do drugs away".

Yes we do. Because crime is a choice. Most people in poverty are not criminals.

What im trying to say is that burned forest compared to total landmass is bad measure and should be compared to total forest mass.

I wouldnt because this does not establish causation, when we already have established causation for this reduction via the ban of leaded gasoline.

Australia government says it has 16% landmass of forests https://www.agriculture.gov.au/abares/forestsaustralia/profiles/australias-forests-2016
about 35% of the Australian continent receives so little rain, it is practically desert

Alcohol does not make you warm. It tricks your body into thinkign it is warm. This results in hypothermia.

A house fire does include hazardous smoke, but they tend to produce a lot less exhaust mass than a burning forest. Note that the #1 pollutant in cities used to be people using wood in their stoves.
