Pardon my absolute ignorance, but what's the exam for? Just a safety course, or something mandatory for carrying?

They can't, they'll have a nuisance lawsuit. Anything another property owner does that inhibits your enjoyment of your property (insanely bad smells, blinding lights, constant machinery running) makes them liable. If 311 doesn't help, that might be the next course of action.

I used to have my prescriptions shipped to me by the pharmacy that occupies the other half of my PCP's building, but got that same letter that UPMC stuck some stupid deal. So I'm back to Rite Aid, where they only actually have the medication half of the time I go to pick it up. Basically, fuck big corps in general.

Without insurance, there's no one to pay out what you're entitled to, there's no responsible party here. I hope the damage isn't too bad, I'm sorry you're going through this.

Reply to comment by TurbulentSurprise292 in how to stay warm Xmas eve for the game by most_des_wanted
You really don't want you or your clothes to be damp when it's freezing out. It's a general "surviving the cold" tip. It's a common misconception to keep bundling through sweat since it's so cold out, but it's better to remove layers, even temporarily, to make sure you're cool enough not to sweat.
ThatKaylesGuy t1_j0ysh4e wrote
Dress in removable layers and take them off if you get too warm. If you sweat, it's game over.

There are tons, I promise you're not limited to trace. I've never gotten shit going out with my fiancé, even with the normal amount of couple PDA.
