or any consignment shop in NYC, there are many but they dont pay much. Tokyo 7 does better but has to be highend designer.

I went to Essex County for Covid shots a couple of years ago, coming back down the hill walking up to the cut through and the locked doors made me feel so stupid, a guy came out and told me they closed it . Guess he felt bad for me with all my shopping bags .

but you have to admit it is the best rest stop for drunks coming to the shore after a nite in NYC, the food was made for us, dry yet greasy, back in the day at least.

Back in the Upsala days they always gave great bonuses for a donation, cool tee shirts that this stupid gave away, albums, buttons. We used to call in and bother them but they would play any request for us. we still love you ducky.

you can use the unconscionable inrease law even if landlords live on the premises. My city has good laws and tenants rights but you need to see what your towns are, usually it's all online.

any Seabra's or health food place in North NJ, try a Brasilian juice bar, look on yelp, there are many in JC.
