Yeah I would go with the economy lot on site. I don't really trust those off site parking companies, especially if you are going in or out late at night. It could be a long wait to get a shuttle.

I spend about $100/week for a family of 3. None of us are big eaters, so we don't buy a large quantity of food. I make chicken for dinner at least 3 times a week. Luckily the price of chicken breast has been very reasonable. If you buy the Shop Rite brand it's usually about $1.99 per pound. The same chicken breast from Perdue is $4.99 per pound so you really need to check prices carefully. I usually grill or bake the chicken, and do rice, pasta, or potatoes on the side. All of these sides are generally pretty cheap.

How often do you have this problem? So far it only happened to me on 1 day (twice on the same day). I went into the Cellular settings and turned off Wifi Assist. Not sure if that made a difference or maybe it's just a coincidence, but I have not had the problem since changing that setting. I would also note that my provider is Verizon. Not sure if this is a carrier specific issue.

Try to go during the week if you can. I got my car inspected at the Wayne MVC today and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. There was no line. If you go on Saturday they are only open until noon and you are much more likely to wait in line. Once you get your car into the garage you show them your insurance, license, and registration, and then you get out of the car and wait in a little area on the side of the garage until the inspection is completed.

I have been living in NJ for over 25 years and didn't even know whale watching was a thing here. I did a whale watching trip near Cape Cod many years ago during the summer, and it was one of the most boring things I have ever done.

It's actually called the equal payment plan and it doesn't save you any money. It just spreads out the cost over the course of the full year. You're paying the same rates as everyone else. A lot of my neighbors use this plan and they get underbilled. I have seen people complain of "adjustments" over $1000 in some cases.

I just don't see the point of a drive in theater. For one thing you have to deal with all the weather issues - if it's too hot, too cold, raining, etc. you can't go. And if you go with kids they can't see anything from the back seat of the car. I just don't get what advantages there would be over just going to a regular movie theater.

It sounds like something was seriously wrong with your old thermostat or furnace. I have old steam radiators and have never experienced such dramatic temperature swings. When my thermostat calls for heat my radiators are hot within 5-10 minutes. There is no way your temperature should be dropping 3-4 degrees while the radiators are warming up.

Sometimes it just depends on the car. My headlights are set to "Auto" but sometimes there is still enough light when it's raining that it does not trigger the headlights to turn on automatically. There should be a setting that automatically turns your lights on when the wipers are turned on. I don't know if any car models have this or not.
