It's against the law to charge that much. If you get towed by them videotape it and go to Richmond Police. I read recently that the police are trying to go after them but they need people to report it.

I wouldn't trust anything on the street. It's not a question of absolutely safe/absolutely not safe. If I had to bet money on which is statistically more likely to be safer, I would bet on what comes from a licensed pharmacist directly into my hands vs. buying something from a person on the street.

It's a big gamble. It always has been and always will be. Black markets are driven by expediency and profit, full stop. Safety does not enter into it for black market businesses.

I looked up Princess Blanding and remembered seeing something about her one time. I saw her campaign website and immediately dismissed her as unrealistic and I didn't take her candidacy seriously at all.

Which is why I couldn't recall her.

Which bill was put forth to defund the police?

Again, if you're going to make an argument, be clear about what you're arguing about.

I haven't heard of anyone named Princess Blanding and I'm not going to Google it because you're saying it as an obvious partisan dog whistle.

I can't discuss something that happened if I don't know what you're talking about.

I know there were people saying "defund the police," and I also know most people didn't take that literally or completely seriously. Who said what about it when went right past be because I knew it was another bullshit slogan meant to manipulate people's emotions.

Look carefully at your lease to see if there is any language about guests and if you are liable for guest behavior or damage. Also, some places require that all residents in a unit have to be on the lease and there may be a rule about how many days in a year one guest can stay before they're asked to sign a lease.

As another commenter said, document everything you can. Keep your receipts from your hotel stays.

Even though complaints have been made, prepare to make one in writing and send it by registered mail, and include copies of your receipts.

If you have renters insurance, find out if there's some kind of emergency support for this situation. I doubt it, but asking is always free.

Before going into planning mode, contact the Legal Aid Justice Center for guidance. They'd probably be able to advise you of the best way to proceed.

It's not a bar, it's a private club for folks interested in BDSM, so they have their own entry rules. There are public nights, and private nights. You have to be sponsored to become a member.

Okay, so your computations should include that variable, as well as the minimum staffing requirements for the fire department to get a more accurate picture of why there is more overtime in one department over the other.

Another thing to consider is that there are several law enforcement agencies in Richmond and only one fire department.

VCU Police man special events in the VCU area, for example. If VCU Police weren't there, manning that event would end up as overtime for Richmond Police. VCU Police, the Sheriff's Department, State Police, and Capitol Police all have arrest powers in Richmond.
