Reply to [OC] In 2022, Mexico traded more with Texas than it did with all of Asia and 6x as much as it did with all of LatAm. by latinometrics
Makes sense, Texas was a Mexican state until it seceded because white illegal immigrants from America wanted slavery, which the Mexican government had outlawed. These American-Mexican immigrants then called on the United States to invade to protect “American interests” aka slavery which the Americans obliged to do. And that’s why we remember the Alamo.

We found his skeleton 23 years later.

No they wouldn’t have evaporated in an instant. That wall is still standing. If they were in the vaporization zone so is that wall. Likely what happened is they were horribly burnt and died in great pain minutes to hours later.

There won’t be a glut in the mid 20’s. Mid 30’s yes but not mid 20’s. We’ve only electrified 5% of the worlds yearly auto production. Glut will happen when we’re approaching 95%.

Right but what that study fails to mention is that we don’t need seasonal storage if we are using combined wind and solar, because wind produces more in the winter and solar produces more in the summer. source

Sure but if you are going to convert that H2 back into electricity you will get more electricity back if you store it in batteries.

It does matter because if this is just being used as an energy storage mechanism there are probably more efficient means of storing that electricity (batteries). If they are making process hydrogen that is replacing a natural gas source then you’re right efficiency doesn’t matter.
