Why would you spike delta 8 gummies?

Is the presumption here that they think they can get people addicted? Cuz, if they are trying to kill people, then wouldn't they use something more deadly and less fun?

Either way, they were found. Or at least, found out. I hope the Strictly Delta (ironic name btw) people are found. But this all seems like the system is working as hoped.

Assholes spiked some shit, the shit got found out, the fed or local leo are on the hunt and well, there were are.

Maybe there is a weakness in the supply/regulation chain. I wonder why we don't hear about this kinda thing with booze, food or smokes?

We (polling or election workers...the state folks) are not sending out texts to vote. That is pacs, parties and special interests that get voter roles and buy data.

I get hounded too. It's fucking ridiculous, i agree.

Generally though, at least with the specific party/special interests, they make sure the "text STOP to end messages" works. The people i have talked to about it point out that hounding people can lead to them deciding to vote against whoever is hounding them on principle or as a type of revenge.

Which makes sense. I don't buy shit when the advertisers annoy me.

One of the things we are pushing for the new house to pass is a people initiated ballot amendments bill.

https://ballotpedia.org/States_with_initiative_or_referendum

We are hoping to pass, convince the senate to pass and thus allow citizens to collect the signatures and put Constitutional Amendments, Veto Referendum and State Statues onto ballots as questions.

There is very little reason to not give this power to the people of PA.

That is great and all, though, i hope that the Democrats of PA eventually realize that they have to vote in those "sneaky" ballots during off-year primary election cycles. Cuz the problem is partially the republicans putting the questions there, true...but the real problem is Democrats not showing up to vote in local elections; that is far worse for PA.

Especially with mail in voting, there really is very little reason for most people not to vote.

The answer to the question is, many stoners do fake illness to get the weed.

But that doesn't matter.

Medicine should not be taxed and a medical program should not be used instead of a recreational program. Weed should be legal...not sorta legal with a bit of lying and what not. It should be legal. We should be able to buy a pack of weed at wawa...or at least at a regular dispensary, or even state store if you must, like they have in civilization.

The most recent vote on the MORE act saw

217 D- YEA

202 R- NAY

When it is voted on in the Senate it will be fillibustered for sure...by the R.

And it will see

48 D- YEA

48 R- NAY

It will fail.

But if it did not fail (as in: if some R's defect from the republicult hive mind...which they won't...but if they did), then when the bill got to Biden's desk he would sign it.

It is not the Democrats or the President stopping the legalization of Weed.

If Eastern PA annexed DE they would immediately stop being the US tax haven cuz of PA tax law.

In reality, DE and South Eastern PA (the Philly & Metro counties including Chester, Lancaster, Berks, Bucks, & Mont) have much much more in common with each other than they do with Western PA. It would actually be a decent match up. Leaving Western PA to do it's far right wing whatever.

Then Pittsburgh/SWPA could return to West Virginia like they were gonna do.

The Philly/DE combination could have their weed, abortion, gun laws, public transit and city life plus the beaches. Maybe even offset some of the high philly taxes with the no tax DE laws. West Virginia would probably elect better leadership and have a stronger economy. Pennsyltucky/WestNY would be able to have their low tax, no weed, mandatory gun, corporate controlled, maga dream land.

Really it would be a win for everyone.

Lol, murder. Come on. More like as in (and this was from another article on it) the weed conviction was paired with "Paraphernalia" or a host of any other, lesser, but not pardonable charges.

The thing is, many of the weed busts get pleaded down to the lesser charges in the first place. So people could be sending those in as well. The paraphernalia charge is a big one though, since weed smoking is often paired with some device or another.

You make a great point about the application process, for sure.

Casey voted in favor of sick days.

>Casey (D-PA), Yea

https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_votes/vote1172/vote_117_2_00371.htm

I agree that the bills should never have been separate. But Casey (like everyone) knew the senate was going to force the contract. SO he voted for the sick days.

He voted against the sick days. He knew the Senate would pass the contract bill (no matter which way he voted) with or without the sick days.

Therefore he was absolutely willing to force the workers to take a contract they didn't want.

This is just a "Fuck You" vote. You will notice that Cruz and Rubio did vote for the sick days. They wanted to get the workers what they need...but didn't want to force them to take the contract.

Similar to, say, Sanders or Hickenlooper, who voted in favor of the sick days but voted against the contract. That is an example of "wasn't going to force workers to take a contract they didn't agree with".

Toomey's "fuck you" vote was purely just that. A "Fuck you" to the working people and the democratic party.

Toomey is just a piece of shit that doesn't care about the workers or the economy or the american people. He got his, "fuck you" (not you reddit person, the royal you).

Rural and older voters. They always vote and they always vote republican.

Urban and young voters stopped showing up in PA from after the 2012 general until, really, this past Nov. We'll see next May/Nov (2023) if they returned for good or if this past year was a flash in the pan.

Next years vote is for PA Supreme Court, Superior and commonwealth courts and the mayor of Philly.

Cheap, overly available weapons for sale just an hour or two away in pennsyltucky. If it were harder to gets weapons there would be fewer weapons. The vast majority of these shootings are done with weapons bought legally at one point, and like a fraction of a percent of these are done with full auto. Why? Because no one can get full auto.

Drugs being illegal, yet also a great sales opportunity (suburban and rural people go to the city to get drugs), means that those in the drug business have only guns as their level of business protection. Make drugs legal and regulated the business drops to a trickle and the shootings drop.

It is not broken.

They can not "bulk-fake votes".

If you could prove any of these things you would have sources. And others attacking mail-in would have sources. You don't, they don't...because there are no sources that verify or prove any of your claims.
