More morning grogginess but less constipation. At least I can sleep through most of the night on the new one though.

Nothing specifically different about my diet. I do have rheumatoid arthritis, and it is my rheumatologist that prescribes "the big D" for me. She says deficiency is common amongst RA patients.
I do have a lot of trouble sleeping, but I had that before taking the D. I just switched from trazodone to Quetiapine/Seroquel which has helped a lot.

Sorry no, not 10,000 per week. I clarified in a different post, but I take 1 50,000 pill per week as prescribed by my doctor, and my blood work still shows low levels.

Sign maintenence companies will flip your sign if you don't pay your bill. It's kind of a public shaming thing, plus who are you going to get to come and fix it so it doesn't look embarrassing? Them, as soon as you pay your bill.

That's cool that your area has legal medical. Here it's completely prohibited, and probably will be for another 300 years or so.

Several of the comments are referring to bands that run width-wise across the nail instead of lengthwise like you are describing. I personally do have the lengthwise ridges and my rheumatologist says it is a distinctive feature of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.
