It’s been dogshit since rec became a thing.

I’m a medical patient…I put my order in online, wait for the message that it’s ready, and our line is getting lapped by the rec users because they have four budtenders doing their orders to our one.

I’ve been sticking to the drive through at Slater lately.

Like u/captain_carrot, I know someone that works for them.

Don’t want to give any details, it’s a small state and a small company and they’ve been getting rid of staff like crazy. But the numbers he’s throwing out are very similar to what I’ve heard. They’re overdue on a lot of “final collection notice” payments.

I’ve never had a problem with Verizon in the three years I’ve had them except for one day where all Google services weren’t reachable. I get $15 off of my internet (from $80 to $65) and another $15 off of my cell phone plan ($145 to $130 for two unlimited lines) for using both services.

Customer service blows (see the day google didn’t work - they denied there was an issue on their end while there was a thread about it on here), but it’s no better or worse than the dozens of ISPs I’ve worked with in almost every state and worldwide as part of my job.

I point everyone I know their way. $65 for gigabit fios, where I consistently get 800 mbps up/down while wired is hard to beat.

There’s good and bad. It can get sketchy in places like Arctic, but the neighborhood behind Greenbush Elementary is a really solid area. Just depends on where you are, like most towns.
