My suggestion would be to start sending thing priority mail and getting them scanned in at the post office and getting a receipt. You will have insurance up to $100 on the packages so if they do get lost you should get a refund from USPS.

They track to warrandale and never leave there? Do you have any tracking #'s for examples? What kind of stuff are you shipping?

I think its weird that it was still on the shelf. That said, I would still eat them if the price was right.

Go to Southern Tier because its Thursday which means they also have their $6 burger special. Burger and fries (double patty!) for $6.

This is very similar to my setup as well. Thermostat on 67, only 2 adults. My water, electric and gas are very similar to yours. I have Columbia gas, PAW and Duquesne Don't forget about your sewage bill, too.

There are 2 entrances to this place, did you try going in the side door? I don't know why they would lock either doors, but just a thought.

This happens so much at the west end bridge, on the north side end. Both sides of the west end bridge are just poorly designed.

De Fer. I haven't personally been there, so I can't say what the feel is like but my friend goes there often and loves it.
