I would create an invoice using whatever the fmv is of the services rendered and reach out to management/owners. If that doesn’t work after a few tries, reach out to the dept of labor. I just think it’s the chef that should have to suffer, not the entire restaurant.

Doppio pasticceria (at the farmers market) is awesome. Haven’t had their cannolis but their cookies, olive oil cakes, and ravioli are very good. Better quality than anything you’re getting at dipas.

JBGB’s is real solid. Love the bacon egg & cheese one. Pretty much a carbonara za. Plus if you are with someone who, for whatever reason, doesn’t want pizza, all their other food and drinks are great.
