sounds like a physical connection issue. if you're on a wired connection, then the port or cable might be bad. if you're on a wireless one, then the antenna might be broken or loose. contact your isp first to make sure it isn't the router because if it is then it'll be less money and hassle than trying to diagnose what could be any number of things on your pc. if you own your router contact the support site of whatever brand made it

Good luck, there's not many left. There's a couple reseller and consignment shops like conshinement, zerokid, and the loop, but not many actual thrift stores. There are a couple salvation army locations

The only phone that comes to mind is the fairphone but if you're in the USA then you're screwed. Headphones you can get a ton of different options. At home I have beywrdynamic dt990s and on the go I have Shure sonic 4s because they're both easily repairable and sound good. Anything with a removable cable will work here but you might as well splurge on something hifi because good audio stays good
