X is about 550g and Clear is 450,

All of the 5-series are known for having decent imaging (same drivers obviously).
I haven’t experienced any of the cheap ones you’ve mentioned, but it’s good to know they’re good options out there.

Gamers spend $100 for a headset, when there’re way better headphones for soundstage and imaging, for half the cost.

Depends heavily on comfort. Soundstage can be found in $40 Koss headphones.
