Never had a legit pass catcher? I guess mark Andrew’s doesn’t exist then. The offense the ravens ran never needed a superstar wr1. Their offense was a modified wing t with modern concepts worked in like a speed guy to open up the top. Yes, of course a premier wr would have been great, but it wasn’t required.

And when Lamar said he wasn’t happy with the receivers he was given, they went out and drafted Bateman in the first round. You’re not going to get an instant superstar that late in the 1st round, which is where the ravens always draft because they’re usually successful. They drafted back to back TE, one of which is pretty much a wr who’s above average at inside blocking.

And you say mobile qbs don’t get hurt more than pocket passers. Sure that may be true overall, I’m not going to fact check you. But Lamar specifically is injury prone. He’s undersized and taking significantly more hits than a pocket passer. And you see that proof by the fact that he has only played a full 16/17 game season once in his 5 years in the league. 2018: didn’t start until week 7. 2019: ok he technically didn’t play every game, but week 17 was a coaches decision for rest so we won’t count that. 2020: Covid year so he missed some games with illness but was knocked out of the playoff game with a concussion. 2021: knocked out week 14 and rest of season with an ankle injury. 2022: knocked out week 13 and missed the rest of the season with his knee injury. So all in all the most games he’s ever played in a season is 15

Like the Hilton right on eutaw next to Camden yards? You’re fine. It’s less than a km and it’s literally just walk straight north through Camden yards. You can see the hotel as soon as you leave m&t. I guarantee there will be a mass of people going in the same direction. It’s where most people park or where most hotels are. I make that walk every ravens and orioles game because I park right next to the seltzer tower. If you’re for some reason really terrified of this walk, you can hop on the light rail outside m&t and take it one stop where it drops you off right outside the hotel.

But seriously. Your biggest danger is tripping over the curb. There’s not even any open streets you have to cross. Hamburg, Lee, and Camden streets (the 3 you would have to cross) are either closed or have crossing guards during stadium events. Ravenswalk (at least for ravens games. Don’t know about concerts) has cops the whole way from Camden street to m&t

I believe the reason he’s so adamant about a fully guaranteed contract is because he has almost no endorsements. Yes mahomes and Rodgers are making $45million per, but they’re making almost as much in State Farm and subway commercials. It’s another reason why he’s so stupid for not having an agent. There’s no way he can properly be an nfl qb, negotiate a massive contract, and secure endowment deals all at the same time and it’s probably cost him tens of millions of dollars

Difference is when your $50million QB goes down vs your $10million running back or $15million DE. The cap implications are massive not to mention most positions you can slide in a decent replacement or sign one off the street. QBs, especially one with such a unique skill set as Lamar, are irreplaceable

The rule used to be you got a 52 man roster plus one emergency 3rd string qb that could only be activated if the other two were injured. Then teams wanted the flexibility to have more position players so they changed the rule to a 53 man roster of any position. Teams still have every right to carry 10 qbs on their roster. The 49ers just chose that they would rather have a 3rd string DE than a 3rd string QB. Personally, if I’ve already lost 2 starting QBs going into a playoff game I’m carrying 3 qbs into that game

Stupid article. Maggots have been an accepted treatment in western medicine for necrotic tissue like diabetes and burn victims for decades (centuries of you want to go past modern medicine). The key is these medical grade maggots are bred in an incredibly sterile environment. They’re not just leaving the window open and letting a bunch of garbage flies have at it

It’s super easy actually. You start out by just exchanging all the money already in the banks. Then, as businesses and people deposit their old money into the banks, you swap that out too. It might take a bit to swap out every last dollar, but after a short time you would get the overwhelming majority. The only old bills left would be the wad of cash under grandmas bed.

Now you could speed the process up by saying on x date the old money is no good, but that’s considered a bad idea because it lowers faith in your currency

Rumor is royal farms bankrolled a fake grassroots opposition to block it. The argument was “there’s no need for another gas station convenience store on York road.” Well it was successful, sheetz was blocked, and low and behold a couple years later that massive royal farms (4th in the York rd corridor) was built 4 doors down from the sheetz location with no opposition

A very easy trail that goes through nature rather than neighborhoods or parks is the NCR trail. It’s an old railroad route so it’s flat and paved with gravel. It goes all the way to York PA if you want to do the whole thing (40 miles each way). There’s also plenty of parking at a bunch of the entrances. I usually start at the hunt valley entrance because it’s close to me and has a huge parking lot. Only downsides are it can get pretty crowded when it’s nice out and it’s an end to end trail rather than loop so you need to know when to turn around

Wait I’m confused. Fed hill is still clearly there and still a park. Ya you lose the volleyball courts to that weird building with its own highway exit and you lose the unobstructed view of the harbor to the highway, but you gain that small park where the ritz Carlton is now. And from what I can tell this rendering doesn’t show what becomes of the little Italy
