Yes, don’t be sentimental. For example you can get a ton of couches at a 100 or less price point but because folks paid a lot for it they want to price it at like 300/400. Hard to sell those goods when there’s tons of cheap options. Check out what other similar items are going for in marketplace and price similarly

I dunno - I don’t go out to eat much and don’t go to bars and I love living right in the center of it all. There’s so much joy I get from being surrounded by people walking dogs, easy access to tons of events, walking through gorgeous streets, park hangs, concerts…
