Don’t have much more advice than already given, but wanted to say this sounds like a nightmare and I’m sorry you’re going through this. This city is so special in so many ways, but the lack of actual accountability for shitty homeowners is frustrating.

Maybe go to Tik Tok and try to get your story viral. I know it seems childish, but it’s currently our society’s word of mouth.

Good luck

I think the difference could be because just 3 weeks ago, during regular season, The Phillies weren’t even on the map. In 2008, regular season tickets were hard to come by and everyone in the city had time to jump on the bandwagon. Prior to winning the Penant, a lot of Philly had no clue that the Phils were making a run - passion is mostly reserved for life-long fans, who are generally laid back. Add a year of passion to the city, along with folks who are simply excited by the excitement and you’re looking at a different crowd. I could be off, but that’s my intuition. GO PHILS!!!

My kids went to the same school as his. Watching him interact with his child and other children in a peaceful environment gave me insight to his humanity. He was also very generous to the school (not all celebrities were;some even were jerks about it), and like I said, the kids and their parents ate it up when he would have football catches with the kids. He could have simply laid low, and not be a presence at the school - bc there were parents who weren’t happy that his child was accepted - but he chose to be part of the community, and I respected his ability to be humble, and blend in with the families.
