Historical documentation of the term shows that "Indian summer" most likely refers to a period of warm and hazy fall weather when certain First Nations peoples liked to hunt, and is not related to the pejorative term "indian giver." But yes, it has absolutely nothing to do with warm weather in the depths of winter.

You can sell it straight from the farm with the proper regulations, or labeled "for animals" with no regulations - people love it for their dogs and they'll pay big bucks.

Zen Gardens in South Burlington is the best Chinese food in New England outside of Boston's Chinatown. Try anything off the traditional Chinese menu.

Joy Wah is one of the best American Chinese restaurants in the state. The bar is not high, truly, but the food's good.
I'd rather drive into Chester or Ludlow personally. Killarney in Ludlow has the best chicken wings I've ever had.
