It looks more mid to late 80s to me. That plymouth reliant, or whatever k-car it is could be 81-89. The jacket looks later 80s.

The show came back, and is called 'The Conners' now that Roseanne managed to get herself fired after doubling down on some racist statements a couple of years ago.

Most of the original cast is back, and it's... ok.

After school specials- the memories. My parents outsourced all the ‘parent talks’ to those shows- ‘my mommas going to have a baby’ - that was my birds and bees talk. I was bored during that ‘Ialk’ and nothing they could do could make it interesting.

Not OP, but 100% that's right. Boathouse in the back. Liftbridge would be just to the left. She's standing in front of what would be the Chinese restaurant in the late 80s. Jerseyside in the distant background. Super1 Stop just on the other side of the bridge.
