I’m looking for a flan pan. I would rather go get it and not order online. I don’t see it at target or Walmart. What other stores could I try?

Fante’s on 9th Street, or Kitchen Kapers near Rittenhouse
Fantes will almost certainly have it.
Thanks. I will check them out. I’ve been there a while ago, but wasn’t sure for a flan pan then.
Kitchen Kapers!! 17th between Walnut and Locust
Damn there’s so muuuuuuch in there!
There’s also one on Germantown Ave in Chestnut Hill
RIP: Philadelphia Bar & Restaurant Supply
I loved that place. All my favorite kitchenware is from there.
We would buy our mothers gifts from there. 20 some years ago I purchased from them a ~16”cast iron frying pan for the holidays and my mother laughed so hard when she saw what we got her. My response was she asked for a larger frying pan… so I bought the largest they had. She still has it but I doubt she can lift it easily. It’s always a funny story when it comes up.
Hahahahaha!! I just measured our largest frying pan and it's only 13", and not cast iron. That must be a monster!
Kitchen Kapers in Chestnut Hill
Also in Rittenhouse at 213 S 17th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103
Thanks! I’ve never been there.
This the answer!! I can get lost in there for quite some time. Enjoy!
Please support KK over Fantes. Super kind people that runs KK.
Also, if you order online from them, you can actually pick up at their HQ in Cherry Hill (Marlkress Rd, 5 minutes from 295 exit 34)

Fantes and Kitchen Kapers like everyone else said, but also General Kitchen in Chinatown by the convention center.
Kitchen Kapers
Restaurant supply
There's one down in the Italian market. Kitchen Kapers in CC, too.
PJP might have it
What are you looking for? Makes a big difference.
Darn it. I had a typo… I’m looking for a flan pan. The one that has the tube in the middle, preferably with the boiler but that’s not a requirement.
Hah, definitely Fante’s. But Amazon carries them too. Best of luck!
PJP Marketplace
There's a nice one at Italian Market and they would have that pan for sure.. but I forget the name
That’s Fantes
oh oops! ..been mentioned then thnx
Rip Previn!
Their new location between Callowhill and Spring Garden is a little less convenient than 2nd and Arch but i do like Economy Restaurant Supply
China town
there's a restaurant store in Plymouth meeting on Germantown. prices are pretty reasonable
Cousins might have them too. They have pots and stuff. Or compare and save.
Just use a regular Pyrex glass pan from Target and when you do the Bain de Marie to cook it, you just put water in a bigger glass pan. This is how I have always made it. You don't need a special pan. No one I know that regularly makes flan owns one.
Yeah… I know that are alternatives. I wanted to make a home recipe that has the whole in the middle. That’s all.

Williams Sonoma, Sur La Table
There are a couple of stores in Norristown that carry some Mexican equipment. They would be less expensive. Super gigante market would be where I start. Call them. If they don’t have it, they probably can tell you where to find it. Plus is the store is awesome for other products.

The Restaurant Store - Philadelphia
Kitchen Kapers is the GOAT
You can try The Restaurant Store in Andalusia, right outside Philadelphia on Rte 13.

If they have them, I’d suggest ikea. Might be safer to check their online catalog first to make sure, but my go to for quality and affordable kitchen and home supplies is ikea, if they don’t have it I just forfeit to the online shit lol
