You definitely should speak with your principal and/or superintendent about this. I am also a teacher and I'm pretty sure I'd be fired on the spot for going into a girl's bathroom for anything other than a life or death, emergency situation. It should not be different for an administrator. If true, that is wildly inappropriate.

Prove it first. Watch the asst principal and get evidence that he is doing this. It's probably true, but just taking the students' word for it leaves you open to vulnerability.

get what you mean but there's a huge difference between trans folks doing their biz and leaving their gendered bathroom...and an asst principal going into the bathroom where young girls are with no intention of doing bathroom stuff.

If there is a situation where an adult needs to be in one of the restrooms, it should be an adult of that respective gender
I can’t imagine why a male teacher/administrator would ever put themselves in a situation like this that could lead to allegations anyway. Most adults I know that work with children are very careful with their boundaries just to avoid any accidental drama they don’t want
His actions are SUPER weird and it’s even worse if there are many girls reporting it- meaning he is making them feel uncomfortable.

Absolutely. Incredibly inappropriate, as a man you're conditioned to know the boundaries, and you do everything in your power to make sure nothing you do even SEEMS suspect.
I'll not assume the worst, at the least he needs to take some boring hours of HR mandated training until it's burned in his skull.

This shouldn’t be a question report him immediately. That’s an act that takes active thought so he knows exactly what he’s doing. The only way I would have posted on here about this would go put his name out there on blast because this is the exact type of thing that get swept under the rug if noise isn’t made. NOT making lite of this situation at all. Just curious how the "woke" will see this. If said administrator turns out LGBTQ etc... Someone will stand up for his rights. Seems like a story played out across the nation, and guess who loses. I'm not cool with it. Definitely wouldn't want my child in this situation. I think if something feels weird, and the girls are complaining, then something is weird. In the words of my favorite murder "fuck politeness" and share with another female teacher that you vibe with and if they've heard the same from kids, you could go together to the principal
