Reply to how do I burn a CD? by glitchinglab
Oh god. This is like asking about operating a telegraph or something. It’s been so long since I thought about this, but I used to know how to do it.
Back in the day, you’d get Nero Burning ROM or some software like that, put a blank writeable cd in the burner (not the reader, if there are two drives) and then load the files into the program and make sure you burn it as a music cd otherwise there’s a chance your stereo won’t know what to do with it.
If the files are mp3’s you may have to convert them to wav or some other format first, on the off-chance that there still exist stereos that can’t read mp3’s even when you do burn it as a music cd.
I’m sure you can find a modern and comprehensive guide on YouTube these days.

That’s the problem with old tape measures. If they’ve been stored improperly you may end up losing several inches / year.
Never use old tape measure without first adjusting for shrinkage.

It was a joke, perhaps too grim at this moment, but it’s also true. Tons of people died from respiratory illnesses and cancer after being at 9/11 ground zero.

They are shouting warnings in the video. I don’t know what your problem is with this, but let’s just say that people react in different ways when dealing with actual life or death-situations. They probably should have been running but then again there may be people in danger that they could potentially help.
But, you can’t really run from an earthquake so the best thing might actually be to keep an eye on tall buildings around you. I don’t know.

Because they noticed it was about to collapse? I’ve never seen it but my guess is that it’s pretty obvious when an apartment building begins to wobble.

I hear you, and I apologise. I didn’t mean “to fight” in that sense and I certainly didn’t mean to imply you aren’t doing everything you can.
I also don’t believe in miracles in the religious way, it was just a shorthand for extraordinarily unlikely outcomes.
What I do mean to say is that if you continue to endure these things for as long as there are things to endure - is there a chance, no matter how small, that the mRNA treatment eliminates the cancer cells and you can live longer afterwards?
I think choosing an infinitesimally small chance of success in this matter is better than choosing not to try it. It is easy for me to say, but I have also been in similar situations in the past (enduring treatment with no ability to affect the outcome myself, having hope against tiny odds, etc.).
I was born with a severe heart defect so in my life I have had a series of surgeries, every few years, and many changes of medication and hoping that I’d keep living until the next breakthrough came along. So far it’s kept pace.

Perhaps if you go through with radiation and then do the mRNA treatment, you can pull off a miracle?

Yes we have, sort of. Finland was colonised and belonged to Sweden for 600 years, until we essentially lost it to russia. After the russian revolution Finland was independent.
Swedish influence was a big part of Finnish history and I’d like to think that our relationship has been very good at least since after the Finnish civil war and through Sweden coming to Finland’s aid during WW2.
In any case, if you want our troubled relationship that has been anything but nice - look west, to the bloody Danes!

Why would they preserve the beard that killed him? That’s some “Christians wearing crosses”-type of shit.
