I forget the title, “behavioral interventionist” possibly? Anyways, I worked there for a while and met some truly fantastic people while being there. That being said I had the unfortunate luck of being teamed with this Eastern European case manager who was completely void of empathy. She didn’t give a sweet one for her clients or her staff. All she cared about was cranking out babies and how much maternity leave she could scare up. I left because of her, and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Allowing people that terrible to fly below the radar and ruin peoples days is one of Howard’s problem. Too few people for oversight and fee fee people to hire breeds distinction.

Power is out, I want to read a book… oh shit forgot all books are better suited to be online only now. 😄 I do understand what you are saying though. Issue is you are one person with one opinion, lots of people appreciate libraries! Also the books are already paid for, they aren’t going to make much IF any money selling them. It’s stupid, and dangerous to dispose of books.

Hello Subaru owner from Vermont, had 176k on my Impreza when it died. Lots of Subarus go to seattke from Vermont. They die there because the inspection is much looser in Washington state. We are similar states and should combine our powers!

Like I said earlier, you are entitled to your opinion. It’s not paranoia when people are getting shot in grocery stores, concerts, schools, and really almost anywhere. It’s not like I expect someone to attack me everywhere I go 🤪 your incessant comments on therapy are funny though. Clearly you see one, and clearly you don’t see one enough, you fly off the chain at Reddit opinion discussions. You are one of the main reasons why this country is so messed up. We got you on the left, and nutcases like MTG on the right. People have traipsed these lines for decades and gotten along with others of differing views. When you go all fire and brimstone because someone disagrees with you it shows how weak you are. Sorry buddy, you should probably go have that snickers now. Or, better yet Kendall can hand you a Pepsi 😜. Your level of toxic reaction is just as useful as that commercial was

Yeah, so you have clearly demonstrated your level of restraint towards people of differing views. I’m going to remain civil, not because you deserve it or anything. You are trying to put all gun owners in this box of paranoid, scared, “compensating” which is closed minded nonsense. I drive a Honda mini van and drink fiddlehead and listen to classical music 😂 I am happy I have never had to use my weapon, I’m not chomping at the bit like you make me out to be. Your virulent attack on my opinion is welcome… but that’s just your opinion man. You are entitled to it, as I’m sure you let everyone in your life know on a far too regular basis 🖖🏻Bards gonna sing tho, even if nobody cares to listen to them

I carry a pistol with me wherever I go. I can understand why people disagree with my choice. Fortunately it’s my choice to do so. I would fully support a longer waiting period and heck I’d support a psych evaluation before being allowed to own a gun. But if someone wants to tell me I can’t carry a gun when I’m out with my family, thus taking away my ability to defend them in a worst case scenario. Well that’s good and fine, but I highly doubt that’s going to fly. Also any civilized rational person doesn’t walk around with a gun hanging off their belt. They conceal carry and never flash it or show people it. The only time it would ever come out would be in lethal defense of their own life/family member/loved ones life.

Act 250 was a bomb, it needs to be abolished. It hamstrings low income housing and stems large companies from coming to the state. I get why it was put into legislation. So Vermont didn’t become a big strip mall. We still got Walmarts and targets and all that trash so really it failed in its intent and now is at archaic POS. We also have one of the highest tax rates in the entire country yet our infrastructure is absolute trash. Don’t get me wrong, Vermont is a wonderful state. It surely needs a heavy overhaul on some stuff though. Our super super popular governor seems to do much about nothing though.

Ooof, you’re gonna make people mad with this one 😂 One thing I think you got wrong is while Vermont is a liberal stronghold we have many old progressives that in this day and age would pass as woke hating grumpy old timers. Not a bad thing, just if you live long enough things start to surpass you. My father championed civil rights and worked to get Bernie elected as mayor back in the day. Now he loathes this “ woke culture” Vermont liberal is not the same as others, I have my love of Bernie and AOC, but I also love my glock 🤷🏻‍♂️
