The mods do have a bias for threads that make the city look good. People post stuff like "I got scammed" and "i got harassed on the subway" and the posts get removed, but then you get "I love your city" and the thread stays.

Never buy anything from stands in touristy areas, you can sometimes walk 2 or 3 blocks and find a stand that sells the samething for 5 bucks cheaper

Most of them are addicts before being homeless. I know my dad had to kick his brother, my uncle out of the house because he kept stealing money/ things to sell so he can buy crack. He refused to go to rehab or get any help so hes out there homeless and we dont know what happened to him. Im sure thats how many of these addicts are homeless.
