I just want an AC/DC final tour announcement. And Ozzy has sucked for like 25-30 years. Can’t imagine how he is now, especially with his health issues.

Reply to LPT: If a single friend of yours has said they don’t want children, don’t start asking them if they’ve changed their mind if/when they find a partner. by dubdoll
It depends on why they previously told me they didn’t want kids. If they said “it’s because I’m single”, then I will certainly re-ask one time if their relationship status changes.
If they said “I hate kids”, then I have no reason to ever bring it back up.

Are you eating because you’re hungry or because of stress/boredom/emotional situation?
When you are hungry, distract yourself for 15 minutes. Do anything to take your mind somewhere else. If you’re still hungry then your body is telling you to eat and just make smart choices. But often we eat for other reasons mentally so redirecting the mind helps that.

Or maybe don’t be so sensitive? No one saying anything offensive or mean to me has ever changed my life. It isn’t that I don’t care about myself, just that their opinion is meaningless and doesn’t impact me.
But sure, if you feel you’re being negatively affected by it in any way then absolutely say something.

Reply to I miss walking in to a record store and discuss music recommendations with the owner by MaybeTheDoctor
Spent a lot of my teen years in record stores. It’s crazy to think of how much time I spent just flipping and asking about artists. Parents used to think I’d say I was going to the record store instead of telling them truth like I was going someplace I shouldn’t. I admit I’ve gotten spoiled to digital music but definitely have fond memories.

Reply to Does anyone else listen to music this way? by [deleted]
Always have. If I like it I wear it out. In my youth the cycles were shorter though because so much good music was made back then I always had something new to crank up. So often it might be a couple albums of different styles (rock, pop, hip hop, metal). But I can play any of those and know what I was in to at the time, my relationship info, who I hung out with and stuff like that.

That every open world game should be half the size it is. Give me quality over quantity.
There should be no end game content. All content should be integrated as part of the main game.

Reply to Why is gaming special to you? by Batknight23
Helps me relax. I can play a game for any mood I’m in. I can engage my mind, mindlessly kill, roleplay whatever I want. Gaming is always there. An escape and lifelong hobby. I suck at most games but doesn’t stop my enjoyment. I tend to be an introvert so gaming also gives me comfort. I can play all night or 10 minutes in the afternoon or whatever my schedule allows.

Ok. So take a break. You don’t enjoy something it seems pretty simple. Maybe you get back to gaming later, maybe you don’t. People change. Hobbies change. Industries change. Life goes on. Nothing to be sad about. It doesn’t mean something is wrong.

Not really. Just keep it charged. But I’m not a pro gamer so maybe it does and I can’t tell.
