I feel like it's a little disingenuous to say young people aren't going to college because there's less of us. As a person in that age range, no matter how much I may want to go to college, it's just not feasible to do so when you can't find a job that pays more than 14$ an hour and most of that goes to rent and food :(

yeah but we have slumlords and people from out of state buying up all our buildings. the house next to mine was bought and sold by three separate companies all based in New Jersey over the last year.

honestly between that and the political ads put out by companies in Texas around elections it really feels like we're getting fucked with. we really need something to replace coal or our towns are on their way out.

had bedbugs and fleas each at one point in my life, now have a phobia towards bugs. I'm also autistic and have sensory issues for food. I'm not certain I could eat bugs without having an attack of some kind.

frankly I find your take very antagonisic. for most, its nowhere near as deep as 'this is below me and I am used to better than this!!'. rather, it's 'those are insects, and I associate insects with decay, which triggers a primal disgust reaction in me'.
