Easily contestable in court if you have any shred of proof. The question is if you have the patience and time to go to evening municipal court and plead your case. I had two erroneous parking tickets and beat them twice. You'll need to have pictures ready. You'll need to face-to-face with a bottom-tier city prosecutor who is only interested in generating revenue. But if you have genuine proof (they love pictures), speak to the judge politely, and patiently wait your turn you'll very likely get the ticket dismissed.

If I remember my art history, 'grafitti' was specifically political messages written on walls in public spaces like the Roman Forum. I'm not so sure it would make sense for it to appear in people's residences.

We use the term now metaphorically to cover spray paint tags that are self-aggrandizing.

That's not true. You're not always going to have table scraps to feed them.

And again, the enjoyment of your backyard is greatly diminished when there's a chicken coop just over the fence. The neighborhoods you mentioned don't have backyards more than a maybe 200 sq feet if at that. Neighbors will hear them and smell them.

I haven't been to every single block of JC, but I can't think of a neighborhood where you can put a chicken coop far away for people not to notice. I definitely noticed and heard about complaints.

It's not about the distance for the feed. If you're not growing the feed on site, someone is going to use a vehicle for some part of the delivery whether it's you or someone else.

Sustainability is great, but the fundamentals for a chicken operation are not present in the city. Are you gonna truck in the feed regularly from miles away? Are you going to use expensive city water for them to drink and get cleaned? What if they kept getting stolen or killed and you decide to abandon the coop? just because you bring the animals closer to the dinner table doesn't necessarily equate to it being more environmentally friendly.

We need to enforce morality at a jury level among many other things. If you're in a case with aggravated assault or some type of manslaughter, consider who is the just person in the case. Do NOT go off of who happened to have a weapon or who ended up on top. Use your conscience to determine who was the real attacker. Don't convict people defending themselves. Don't convict the victims of crime. When I do my virtual jury duty and if I get that NJ transit driver's case, I'm going to ponder all the evidence, but I'll withhold a guilty verdict until I'm blue in the face. I don't care how long of hung jury as long as the truly innocent are protected.
