Let the pharmacist know when you pick it up. They will call the doctor and clarify.

Not necessarily. There are infinite universes in which the monkey simply types, "aaaaa..." forever.

I am going to respectfully decline. You and I don’t have a doctor-patient relationship and that would cross over into giving medical advice on the internet. You could try /r/askdocs as an alternative.

We can certainly have different opinions, but I’m actually a family doctor and am qualified to diagnose and treat hypothyroidism. I do have some patients on it who came to me already on it from other doctors and I do leave them on it if they’re stable, but I certainly don’t start anyone on it.
The endocrinologists in my health system recommend against it and refuse to touch the stuff. The only one who does prescribe it is the self-proclaimed thyroid guru in the area who runs massive panels of unnecessary tests like alternative medicine practitioners do and then prescribes everyone NP or Armour thyroid as a first line. The fact that this is what they started you on without even trying levothyroxine first suggests you have one of those docs.
So I’d be wary. There are a lot of docs out there practicing outside the guidelines even though they hold legit degrees and board certifications. So any time I see a doctor doing something like that, it immediately makes me suspicious.
And hey, maybe yours is an exception. As I said, the metformin is legit. But NP thyroid as a first-line choice makes me suspect they’ve gone down the alt med rabbit hole.

That’s what the quacks prescribe. You probably want to find a new doctor.
Metformin is standard of care, though, so it’s good to see that.

Mr. Robot did a really good job: it used real world techniques and managed to make them work well in the context of a tv show.

Yes. But that’s the entire point: epigenetic factors can and do affect gametes. You can have a surgery that results in DNA methylation that in turn affects your sperm that in turn gets passed to your offspring:

Obviously, genetics is still by and large the main determiner, but epigenetics can result in genes being expressed or silenced in offspring.

Not fully irrelevant. That damage can still be passed in some form via epigenetics.

The trailer actually nails the feel of the game really well. While shows like Stranger Things show super serious high level play, the trailer’s plot of, “We were supposed to do X but we did Y instead and now everything’s gone to hell” is how most games actually go.
And then the rest of the trailer is just packing references to as many things from the game as possible. Every item/creature/spell/etc you see is pulled straight out of the rulebooks.
The only obvious corner they cut is that technically druids in the game can’t become owlbears, but the general consensus of the community is that it looks cool and nails the overall theme of druids from the game, so it gets a pass.
IMO it looks like it’s designed so that people who know nothing about the game can just watch it and get it.

Unlicensed adaptation would probably be the best description.
They tried to change just enough to call it an original work, including switching all the character names and changing the ending (stake in the heart was replaced by sunlight.)

So you shoehorned in terms from formal logic on a joke about English grammar, didn't make it at all clear that that's what you were doing, and then are crying foul that people downvoted you for it?
In English grammer, "or" is a coordinating conjunction. This is what the joke was about: not formal logic terminology.

Check the dictionary. They’re conjunctions.

Obviously, don’t be a jerk to the receptionist, but the rest of this nonsense is just going to make you neurotic the day of your interview.
