Agreed. So far the ones near my house are fine but several have fallen in the woods behind the house this winter. And the severity of the power outage always comes down to what came down, the lines or the whole GD pole 😂

I’ve been in NH about 7 years now. The power has gone out more in the last year than all 7 combined. Glad we have a generator, best purchase we ever made.

Florida has a Governor that’s way out of control. Up here in NH we like our government small and our Governors in check. Then there’s the whole Florida man thing. That state is basically just bath salts and sunshine, hard pass.

The NH legislature is an embarrassment. It’s a purple state through and through yet our elected officials act like they are from Florida.

That’s a fairly subjective criteria so I’d just suggest you Google the donor names and the organization at the same time and pick which source you’ll accept. Also keep in mind some of its nebulous as the powers that be have maintained a right to shielding us commoners from knowing who pays them off.

Take a look at the funding. Yass, Mellon, Thiel. It’s a fairly open secret. And I’m all for freedom loving…but these guys are talking about seceding from the country. How’d you think that’s gonna pan out?

Look who’s paying the bills…versus who feels like they are in a movement. It’s billionaires, from away, looking to control your life here.

Not suggesting anyone is unwanted. Suggesting that if an idea is a good one you don’t need to pay people to move to a state to conduct it as an experiment first, you’d try it in your home state. Of course everyone is welcome in NH.
Now, of course, let’s also keep in mind one of their central tenants is secession from the country…

The whole free state project in frankly insulting. It’s a bunch of Uber rich folks sending in carpetbaggers to conduct their social experiment on the people who live here…whether we want it or not.
If the ideas are so good, try them in your own states. We aren’t Guinea pigs.

Nostalgia for when school board meetings weren’t heated, the good old days before national politics started to poison everything

Sarah Huckabee Sanders said it best last night, the choice is between normal and crazy. And that’s why the Republicans keep losing. Because we keep choosing normal over their crazy.

May have been unclear, I think we made a mistake going soft on the south and that mistake has been with us ever since. Before the civil war we knew how to handle a traitor.

Pretty easy to see who the bad guys are here. Losing an election doesn’t give people the right to attack a building and beat cops up. You know, in a sane society.

Back when we were a stronger country traitors would be dealt with harshly enough to dissuade further nonsense. Sadly, since the end of the civil war, we’ve become soft.

What a stupid response.

That’s the job. And he failed at it. Could have made a deal for half…anything really…he was dealing with someone in his own party. Instead he launched a very thin lawsuit.

He’s in the seat because of his father, basically nepotism, and he’s got nearly nothing to show for his time in power. How he clings on is beyond me and his image as a moderate is a paper thin mask that’s easily peeled away.
