Thirding this, it's great here. You might also like Waverly or Beverly Hills, Northwood, Govans etc. Just throwing neighborhoods out there. I love Baltimore bc you can live in the city but have space for BBQ, gardening, etc. The rental market on the NE side is not great, but you could eventually buy a house here. Look around Morgan State University, there are more rentals in the student neighborhoods

I definitely agree with the other suggestions to live in Baltimore and have your partner commute to DC. But if you want to live in the DC side of things, look into College Park and Laurel, you can take the Camden line into Baltimore during weekdays and you can get into DC easily via metro or bus.

I second every part of this advice! Cast the net wide using psychologic today's website and you'll find practitioners. If you find someone who isn't accepting new clients, ask them for recommendations for other practitioners, they can use their network.
