Reply to 417's Best of Restaurants '23 by Globalksp
And the winners are..........the same restaurants that have won for the past 8-15 years. Why? Because 417 is a magazine for dentist office waiting rooms and semi-affluent straight white people.
Put me on that list, because 417 Magazine just got ROASTED and SERVED.

True...I guess the whole place smells like exhaust, so I should say: The cheese room smells like truck exhaust AND a little bit like cheese.

You can dye wood yourself with RIT clothing dye- I think they even have instructions on their website.

This was my first show, too. The only bands I can remember were Galactic Cowboy, Fleming and John, and Phunk Junkeez.

I was there! Sepultura killed it. My friend's mom who drove us there got hit on a bunch and it really boosted her confidence- she divorced her asshole husband less than a year later. Good times.

No problem! I've talked to some people that weren't very impressed by their food, but I always found it excellent. Also, the owner and staff were always very friendly and accommodating.

Yeah, I have always assumed that any "planning" here involved absolutely zero assumptions that it would grow any bigger than it was at that moment.

Agreed! I work with kids of this generation too- another quality they seem to have is a highly-tuned bullshit detector and aren't afraid to speak up when someone is trying to manipulate them. That gives me hope that they'll be able to break free from the attitudes that keep humanity from working together.
