Between Meh and Good.
He veto'd a lot of bad gun control proposals, which was good.
He's blocked marijuana legalization, which is bad.
He's both distanced himself from and tried to be a part of MAGA. He released something awhile back complaining about border security, which just... isn't an issue we are concerned about at all.
Otherwise he's been a very middle of the road candidate. He's easy to vote for because you see him resisting changing much. His opponents always run on a mix bag of positive + negative changes (at least to me and most people I know).

For the most part. My family is here. :)
I wouldn't want to move to MA due to their gun laws.
ME and VT are just as nice as NH. I personally think VT is a more beautiful state up north.

It's because they don't want the liability and potential costs of investigation. You're right, it could be stored indefinitely. It's likely not worth keeping all records after 10 or 20 years vs the continual cost of storing it. But certainly longer than 30 days.
I used to work in public safety, 911 systems primarily.
Chicago holds 911 and radio recordings for 90 days.
They could hold them longer with the equipment they have. They don't want to. They want to be able to respond to all information requests with the fact that they only retain data for 90 days.

DEET on your clothes,Parmethrin on your shoes and pants, especially if you are out in the woods.
Ticks suck.
But generally aren't a problem as long as you check that you don't have one attached when you shower at night. If you do, and get Lyme it can be treated pretty easily when caught early with antibiotics.
I've also lived here my whole life, I've rarely been bothered by black flies and only had a few tick bites. Misquitos are the worst and they come out later.

isn't possession already decriminalized? What's the difference between legalized possession vs decriminalized. I'm not well versed on this subject.

I need Republicans to change their stance on Weed and I need Democrats to change their stance on guns.
Until then I'm doing a split ticket to keep things mostly deadlocked.

Honestly, as a pro gun guy, we should do just what we did with guns. We aren't going to enforce your laws, and stay away.
Regulate it, set firewall it from the rest of the booze industry and charge forward.

Contracts law, when someone decides to play stupid games with you make sure that you are set up so they can win stupid prizes.

It's true, there is lots of casual racism. Lack of experience people from other parts of the world is part of what drives it.

Doesn't matter that NH won't enforce it. No FFL is going to risk losing their license by selling it.

I would love better alternatives. Especially at the higher levels of government.
I mean this is partly why I voted for President Biden. I'm not a fan but I found the other guy to be a toxic mess.
