Some combo system. The NPC's are like skyrim, on rails with some randomness so it gives the illusion of being alive, but when the user interacts with them, the AI takes over and fleshes them out to give them life and when you leave them they revert back to what they were, perhaps with some modifications to their rules and behavior depending on what the user did. The AI could also randomly take over NPC's to generate interesting things for the user to see or generate quests for the user. The potential is there, just going to take some trial and error to figure out what works and doesn't.

Already happening, just read an article a few days ago where a company pretty much admitted they will be replacing live clothing models in magazines with digital ones. Most companies will have to build the infrastructure and then will start letting people go. Layoffs for the year usually happen around Christmas time and that is probably when a lot of companies will switch over to A.I.'s.

I mentioned this in another post, but it simply is not doable to stop or slow down for many AI researchers or companies. There are tons of money flowing into the AI field, and by stopping or slowing down, they are just burning money. If they took investor money, they can be sued for stopping work, not to mention the risk of tanking your own AI project and job.

This is cool to know it is possible to run things on a single GPU, but kind of useless since it is being locked down and not open sourced to the public. Really hope a company comes out that releases something just as good as CHATGPT, is open sourced and can be trained by individual users so we can create models that are focused on certain fields and uses.

Its games and fandom are a place where women, POC, and the LGBTQI community feel welcome and we are very proud to bring these stories to life.”

It is never a good sign when they start off with this when promoting upcoming works.

I should have been clear. I meant you can train it for that session. Yea, it forgets the next session, but it is still pretty cool. I uploaded content from a RPG game book it did not know and it learned the rules and mechanics instantly. Had it generate a character and make a story in the setting. Was really cool. But yea, it sucks that it forgot about it right afterword's and if I want to do it again, I have to re-upload it for another session.

It all depends on the taste and price. If it is more expensive than regular meat then people will stick with real meat. Also, if it does not taste as good as real meat, people will also stick with real meat. I gave beyond meat a chance, but the taste was not as good as the real deal, so I gave up on it and went back to regular meat.
