Because the popular mindset is a an older car you pay cash for isnt reliable. And/or it is more expensive to repair an older car than just buying something newer.

The reality is people judge each other for the cars they drive and your average person is scared to be seen as the broke ass they are driving a beater. So they make terrible financial decisions buying cars they can't afford and find ways to justify it.

False, there are soils that are none frost susceptible (NFS) like dry gravel that don't heave.

In some soils a footing to the frost line isnt sufficient to prevent frost jacking. Where the freezing soil heaving lifts the footer out of the ground with friction along the sides instead of from heaving underneath.

There are likely construction drawings for any new construction. What there aren't and you probably want is asbuilt drawings showing any changes that happened. Those require each sub elec, hvac, plumbers, framers to keep red lines to give back to the engineer or architect and some one to then make all the corrections.

Not uncommon on large commercial jobs, would cost more than the average person would want to spend in residential construction. Also asbuilts usually aren't perfect even after all the time and money spent on them.

That was terrible advise. If the patches are sticking up you sand them down to even with the wall. Then you texture those spots. They sell cans of spray texture at the box stores, get a piece of cardboard and do some practice to get a texture that matches your wall. A couple you tube videos for technique would also probably help. It is an art to get it close to matching. Then you prime and paint the wall.

It is also really common for couples who are breaking up to come here and ask how to get out of the house. They don't have enough equity to pay any seller fees, they don't have cash to pay to sell, neither qualifies for a big enough mortgage to refinance etc. So they either end up being roommates or one decides to torpedo everyone's credit by leaving the other holding the bag.

On/off is cheaper because it just uses a basic on/off thermostat and zone valves.

When you want to have a floor setpoint you need additional analog sensors, modulating valves, an interface to set the temps, and controllers with appropriate i/o to monitor/control it all.

For most not rich people slippers are the right answer.

Look around, you can't not be part of something bigger than yourself. You may not feel important or necessary but you are still part of it. You may not affect 100s or even 10s of people directly but we all affect someone or something with our time here. That effect ripples through time affecting many more people than we will ever know.

Depends on how static the other variables are. Hint they probably aren't or others wouldn't be using pressure control.

Also please explain how you intend modulate the current? Most speed controllers adjust voltage, frequency or resistance which do change the current but it isnt a direct correlation the load on the motor at a given speed changes the current.
