It's blacklisted because it's been stolen or has been reported missing. To remove any ban you will have to prove a) it isn't stolen, b) you are the rightful owner. Just turn it in to the proper owner and feel good for the day. Tell your kids about it when they grow up.

It's not going to get any closer to Android for the same reason MacOS doesn't get any closer to Windows so go and be Debbie Downer in an Android sub, I doubt anyone will miss you.

Separate apps is the way to go, no chance of a mix up then. Also, you can make good use of Focuses to swap out your Lock Screen wallpaper and widgets, home screens and available apps which will help keep home and work separate.

I bought a MagSafe battery pack and realized I could use it instead of my wireless charger plus it charges my AirPods. So I take one device which acts like three, extra battery for phone, phone wireless charger, AirPods wireless charger.
