Forgot about Sycamore, probably ok during the week but it's a 7 hour round on the weekends.
Royal New Kent and Vinaterra are other options if you're willing to drive a little bit.
I'd recommend downloading GolfNow and then calling the available places to avoid the GN fees.

they've got roughly 1,200 apartments being developed within walking distance of them, so probably easily 2,200+ new people in the neighborhood. key will be 1) surviving until they are built and 2) converting them against fat dragon or BBB or En Su Boca or all of Scotts Ad.

I want W Clay Street right when you get off 195 at the Broad Street/Scott’s Addition exit to be repaved. They at least filled in the massive potholes recently but let’s get that thing smoooooth

I know development on the other side of Arthur Ashe from the Diamond District is already starting and will happen...but it still makes me chuckle to look at both sides of the street in the DD renderings.
