I would honestly just say to contact your local public works. They regularly do water testing, and when I had a similar issue in Pawtucket they basically said "hey, we're in that area next week, we can just drop by and add you as a test point".

More housing is good, even if it's luxury housing. Would it be better if it was for the average person? Sure, but it's still better than nothing at all. I live in one of those "luxury" mill apartments, and the place is packed full, not sitting with empty units. I tried to move to a cheaper unit in the building, and there was only one unit open, out of hundreds of units. We need more housing, especially if you want things to get cheaper. Literally anything that isn't more single-family housing.

If the rich-ass renters want to move into a $4k/mo apartment, let them. It means they are moving out of a $2k/mo apartment which could be filled by someone with a lower income.

I'm not sure if they have anybody who works in an in-patient unit, but Lifespan has an Adult Gender and Sexuality psych department. If anything, they may be able to give you a reference to a good in-person unit which would be friendly, but would also be valuable for ongoing care after the in-patient experience. I had great experience with one of their therapists regarding LGBT/polyamory/kink related issues.

It is a staging area. They are sitting in wait to fix outages as fast as possible, likely including out-of-state contractors brought in. As power goes out, they'll start rolling.

I do it, and the answer is really industry. Not a whole lot of manufacturing going on in Providence, but I still want to live near a city, so I'm driving out to a factory in Norton every day to do engineering and product dev stuff. Definitely taking a price hit, but I don't want to live in Attleboro.

The roads around here aren't good enough to rely on the headlight trick I think. So many times I think someone is flashing their lights and they're just going over train tracks, or a pothole, or a bump in the road.

I mean, the pet is apparently shitting all over the place and the owner not cleaning it up. That is a valid reason to get rid of a tenant.

The methodology, on the other hand... Installing a security camera to review footage is probably cheaper.

I live in an apartment building, so I'm halfway to turning the a/c back on. Between the heated basement, heated halls on two sides, and presumably my upstairs and side neighbors using heat, I may not have to turn it on for another month or two.

Thank you neighbors for donating your expensive heat through the shitty walls.
