Well that’s a terrible realtor. Should have had it on the market for at least a week to get multiple parties interested. Sorry 😞

Many local libraries in RI have gallery spaces that show local artists. Good luck!

It’s not TV, but I dig The Public’s Radio, RI’s NPR station, for local news.

Whatever the agreement, The Vets isn't required to book this guy. In fact, they shouldn't have.

Not necessarily. They have an agreement where they probably split box office, merchandise etc. No matter the agreement, The Vets can absolutely not have booked him in the first place.

His TikTok is all videos of his son, so he can show how good of a father he is. I smell that PR bullshit from a mile away. He also deletes all the negative comments because dude has nothing better to do.

I don’t know if this is an option but I used to go out for Valentines Day on Feb 13. Never had to worry about reservations, feeling rushed, or being surrounded by a ton of couples lol.

Went the day after it opened and it wasn’t crowded at all. Parking was easy. This location is an “average-sized” TJ. The one in Warwick feels a bit bigger? But great location - once the construction is done around that area it will be even better.

It might help to cruise around the neighborhood you want to live in and look for those old school "For Rent" signs. Usually the best deals and not greedy landlords.
