I think he meant regular tape like duct tape to help keep it attached. It looks like you put it in and tighten the zip tie. Tape is probably for extra security. Personally I think a hose clamp would be better then the zip tie.

Reply to eli5: Why do seemingly all battery powered electronics need at least 2 batteries? by OneGuyJeff
1.5 volts is too small a voltage to do most things. AA, AAA, C, D batteries all put it 1.5v per cell because of the chemistry involved. Things that use lithium batteries actually do often just use 1 cell sometimes because the chemistry of them puts out about 3.7 volts. Same with things that use 9v batteries. 9v batteries are actually lots of little 1.5v batteries (watch battery size) stacked up inside that case.

You mentioned cutting a hole in the closet behind the box. You could flip the box and either have an outlet in that closet or put the blank cover there, and install a new box fed from this one.

Statute of limitations. Also I didn't read that carefully but I think it took place in Brazil.

It's a prion disease like mad cow. Protiens are big molecules that fold into a specific shape. The shape matters for how they do their job. Prions are misfolded protiens (same molecule, wrong shape) that cause correctly folded protiens to misfold.
Tldr prions make the protiens in their body stop working.

Is not a thing. There's isolation membrane and sound absorption boards that go between the studs and drywall. Both require demoing the room to the studs. Then you are still left with sound coming through the door.
Recording studio wall foam that goes on the outside of the walls is probably more practical for op.

Over ear headphones are more comfortable for long duration use than on ear headphones.

An orbital sander is the wrong tool. If you're going to sand you use a pole sander in the 220 to 400 grit range. Just one quick pass to knock down high spots and dust nibs.

Have them tint the primer too.

If you're going to need more than one can of foam consider getting the pro gun. 1000x easier to control application and you can actually use a little and save it for later. Also keep acetone on hand for clean up it dissolves uncurred foam.

The max /peak of a generator nameplate is a motor starting rating. Less than a second burst. You need a bigger generator.

You don't develop from negatives, You develop negatives (from exposed film) and you print from them.

It's on the flat from joining two sheets or a repair, shouldn't be a problem. Especially since you're only cutting part of it.
Just make sure you hold it securely while you cut it so vibrations don't pop all the screws/nails in it.

Reply to Can I drill a hole in this door, and are there open/closable hole caps I can add to both sides? by rolliejoe
Please don't do this. You really can't put it 2 feet to the right through the wall where it won't cost $1000 to fix in the future?
Also, attempting to drill a hole without power tools by using a screw is likely to either end in frustration or a giant split in the wood.

There's no way for wastewater from a dishwasher to go back into the supply pipes. It's just to prevent siphoning wastewater back into the dishwasher.

You shouldn't eat raw flour in general due to e. coli risks.

The yeast is killed by cooking. In the case of fermented beverages most of the yeast settles out before you drink it and you do not drink much yeast. Your stomach acid kills what you do drink.
If you straight up drank active yeast slurry and sugar water it probably could overwhelm your stomach acid and ferment in your stomach and intestines, producing a lot of gas (co2) and some alcohol, but probably not enough alcohol for you to notice any effects in the time it would be in your stomach/intestines. It would likely be very uncomfortable.
