same here in Williamstown - last night I thought "shouldn't be too bad in the morning". then it was like - did I even shovel yesterday!
Not sure the end total here but I don't think it was near 3' in my area of town

I work with a person in her 20s (east coast US) and she calls a hooded sweatshirt or any sweatshirt a sweater. I’m honestly thinking young people just call things whatever because they haven’t necessarily been taught.

You’re right that typically the ‘boots’ are placed around the trunk of the sapling. But it def looks like they’re trying to get double the water the the outer edges of the root zone. Always good to question.

Yes lots of limbs down. Green River road was closed they other day for clean up.
